TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SESSIONS
A client is a person requesting scan and balancing sessions on the bio-resonance system e-Lybra for the express purpose of enhancing his or her ability to return to balanced health.
The practitioner:
Jenifer Diva, Dip.Bio-Res., A.S.K., Dip. Bio-Energy will facilitate these sessions using all her skill and training in creative collaboration with the e-Lybra and include any nutritional and emotional counselling if required, to achieve the best results possible, taking into account the length of time the presenting health condition of the client has been going on, to what degree it has been impacting on the client's life and how willing the client is to be involved in his or her self-healing by applying suggested lifestyle changes to support this process.
This website and the scan and balancing sessions offered are not intended to replace the medical advice of your doctor or to diagnose any illness or disease. It is intended to provide the body and its bio-fields with vibrational information to assist with self-healing and correction of imbalances which have contributed to illness, disease or any other expression of ill health whether physically, mentally or emotionally. All remedies are taken directly from the current session and so are tailor made at the time of creation to fit exactly the client’s needs.
All descriptions of the sessions’ contents are general and are, therefore, not limited only to that structure but can be adjusted to individual needs at each subsequent session according to the feedback from the client about his or her response.
A client or prospective client who is, or has reason to believe she may be, pregnant undertakes absolutely to inform Jenifer Diva of her condition or possible condition before the start of each or any session.
Anyone under the age of 18 requesting a course of sessions must provide written and signed permission from his or her parents, legal guardian or primary carer before applying.
The contract becomes binding when the seller confirms that the client's application form has been accepted by the seller.
You may cancel your order within eight (8) days of payment or before the start of your first session, whichever is the sooner, by emailing or writing to the seller (details below) and you will receive a full refund of your payment within 30 days.
Jenifer Diva reserves the right to terminate any booked sessions should she consider that action necessary and or appropriate. A proportionate refund of the fee paid may be made in such circumstance.
Fees are payable by debit card or credit card through the services of Pay Pal. The seller does not see or have access to or store your payment card details at any stage before or after a payment. Any refunds made will also be made through Pay Pal.
All transactions will be made in Pounds Sterling (UK Pounds) and converted to your own currency on your payment card statement. The currency conversion facility offered on this site shows mid-market rates and is offered as a guide only to differing currencies and has no binding effect.
All transactions, negotiations and sessions will conducted in the English language.

These terms and conditions apply only to private buyers where a purchase of goods is made from us without contact in person between the private buyer and the seller.
